Ingredients:
- 1 can of Sweet Condensed Milk
- 4 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of butter
- 1 tsp of sugar
- Chocolate or colored Sprinkles
Cooking Directions:
- In a low flame, put butter in a pan and start to melt.
- Before the butter melts completely, add the condensed milk, the cocoa, and the sugar.
- Stir until obtain a sticky, smooth texture.
- Its ready when the mixture doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan when tilted.
1 - Truffle shape (ideal for serving in parties):
- Pour the mixture in a large plate and let it cool down for 20 minutes.
- With some butter on your hands, use a spoon to get some amount of the chocolate and roll up into balls (like a truffle). Try to make all in the same size.
- Put the balls in a bowl with sprinkles and place in a serving plate.
- Pour the mixture in little paper or plastic cups.
- Put sprinkles on top to decorate.
- Place the chocolate in a bowl, add some sprinkles, and enjoy by the spoonful!
