Mousse de Maracuja
Serves 6-8 portions
Ingredients:
- 1 can of sweet condensed milk
- 1 can of creme de leite (or table cream)
- 1 can of passion fruit concentrated juice (equal amount of other sweet condensed milk can)
- Pour and mix all ingredients in blender until you get a uniform cream.
- Pour the mixed cream in a glass bowl and cover.
- Place in the refrigerator for about 5 hours.
- When ready, place on serving dish.
- Pour half cup of passion fruit juice and sprinkle passion fruit seeds on mousse to decorate.
